1. Service
Swiss Rental Dossier provides a digital tool for creating a rental application dossier PDF based on the information entered by the user.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for checking that all information in the generated dossier is complete, accurate, and appropriate before sending it to landlords, agencies, or third parties.
3. No Guarantee
The generated dossier does not guarantee that a rental application will be accepted. The service is not legal, financial, immigration, or real estate advice.
4. Price And Payment
The price for generating one dossier PDF is CHF 9. Payments are processed by Stripe. The PDF download becomes available after successful payment verification.
5. Refunds
Because the product is a digital PDF generated after payment, refunds are generally not provided once the dossier has been downloaded. If something went wrong with payment or PDF generation, contact us for review.
6. Availability
The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. We aim to keep the generator available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, rejected applications, missed rental opportunities, or decisions made by landlords or agencies.
